Don't Stop!

Can we all agree that this pandemic is lasting longer than we thought it would? Trust me I feel you! It's been hard staying motivated, specially when it come to working out. I miss the gym and how I could get a full workout in 30-40 minutes, but hey there is ways to stay keep fit. Remember the trick is not stopping! Don't give up!

Here are a few tips that might help you to do that:

  1. Set a goal, where do you want to be in 3 months?
  2. Create a schedule that works for you
  3. Have a workout buddy, remind ad motivate each other
